In the Instructions for Applying They Said,- "Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail id. In case, candidates are not having valid e-mail, they should create a new e-mail id before applying on-line which should be valid for the duration of the project." I think they have (or were planning to) send you the Registration No: by E-mail.
