KVS Teacher Recruitement|546 Vacancies

Kendriya Vidyalaya teacher recruitment 2017 has started on the official website, the link for which is kvsangathan.nic.
The recruitment will be for the states of Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura.

  • Primary teacher (PRT; Group B): 220
  • Trained Graduate teacher (TGT; Group B): 144
  • Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) (Group B Post): 182

ELIGIBILITY:

PGT (English, Hindi, History, Economics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry and Maths): 
2 year PG degree in MSc of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject OR Master's degree from a recognised university with at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate and BEd or equivalent degree from a recognised university.

TGT (Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Social Studies, Maths and Science):
4 year integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate OR Bachelor's degree with at least 50 per cent marks in the concerned subject/combination of subject and in aggregate and CTET Paper 2 pass.

Primary Teacher:  
12 pass from a recognised state board or university with 50 per cent marks and CTET pass.

FEE: 750/- 

MODE OF SELECTION: Written test and interview.
